a Thai contemporary artist who beautifully reinterprets traditional culture with delicate rhythm and spiritual nuance

At the heart of the painting lies a vast elliptical form—evoking a celestial river or sacred pond. Floating near the center of this space is an ornate Buddha’s footprint (Phra Phutthabat) rendered with traditional motifs like the Dharmachakra and lotus mandala—signifying the cosmic center of faith.

Beneath it drifts a royal Suphannahong barge, quiet and regal, amid soft concentric waves. Surrounding the scene are countless krathongs, offered by people gathered along the banks—each one a tiny vessel of prayer, hope, and release.
